Used on ships, aircraft, and by individuals in remote or dangerous areas where GPS does not work.

 

Activated automatically or manually to transmit distress signals to quickly alert rescue teams to the location of personnel in distress, facilitating timely and effective search and rescue operations.

  • Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB)

    • Carried on ships and boats, signals maritime distress.

    • Can be activated by water when the beacon is out of the bracket or manually by the ON switch on the EPIRB.
